Last month, as part of this global strategy, IBM announced the extension of its global partnership by announcing PMsquare as their new Sri Lanka IBM Platinum business partner, so as to encourage collaboration on Data & Business Analytics solutions for clients in the Sri Lanka market.
IBM’s strong ecosystem strategy in Sri Lanka enables it to reach out to companies across different sectors, regardless of their size and revenue models. Post pandemic businesses will turn to solutions like Watson AIOps and Cloud Paks for Data to future proof their business, and this new partnership with PMsquare will make these technologies more accessible and easier to implement for our customers.
PMsquare Sri Lanka already has a customer base of large companies whose combined revenue figures are close to USD 88bn annual GDP and can now be focused on improving their collaborative planning with AI powered solutions such as IBM Planning Analytics© and IBM Decision Optimization©.
“We want to help companies tackle complex tasks like production optimisation, scheduling, routing, demand management and improve their strategy planning with forecasting and advanced predictive capabilities.” Said PMsqsuare Regional Director Jason Ranking CA. “Many companies have strong ERP tools, but when it comes to strategic planning, most still use single user applications that do not have features to support actual planning functions like stress testing, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, what-if analysis, simulations, discovery trends and correlations, and more.”
PMsquare will leverage this relationship with IBM to streamline, automate and enhance the capabilities of current tools and provide a collaborative planning platform for multiple departments to work together.
